Border Bash is right around the corner! It's a tradition in Augusta on the Friday before the Georgia, South Carolina football game. Held this year at The Augusta Common located at 826 Reynolds Street to accommodate nearly 10,000 fans. Benefiting from this huge turnout of fans are several children's charities in the area.

The rivalry between UGA and USC is epic. Cheerleaders from both schools will be there getting their fans in the spirit of the game! You'll also see both team mascots, Hairy Dawg and Cocky.

Featured musical guests this year are Cowboy Mouth from New Orleans. Also, local favorite, The Joe Stevenson Band will also entertain.

Save the date: Friday, October 5, 2012. Party starts at 4 pm.

Advance tickets are only $10; at the gate will be $15. If you are interested in a VIP pass, one can be purchased for $50. Kids 12 and under are FREE! Tickets can be purchased in 3 different locations; Circle K stores, Hooters restaurant, and at Communigraphics. If you would like to purchase online, you can visit www.borderbash.net to do so.
